1. Executive Summary & Core Commitment

Gloves ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. Our application is strictly an aesthetic and morphology assessment tool. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal photographs or biometric data. Your photos are processed exclusively to perform geometric and proportional analyses based on open scientific references (golden ratio, facial thirds, symmetry indices).

2. Biometric Data Processing Notice (GDPR, KVKK, & BIPA)

When you take or upload a facial photograph, the application analyzes anatomical landmarks (such as pupil coordinates, nasal tip, mandibular angles, and chin contour) to compute numerical morphology ratios.

Purpose: Strictly non-medical aesthetic awareness, facial proportion scoring, and personal grooming simulation.
Explicit Consent: By agreeing to the disclaimer upon first launch and submitting a photo, you explicitly consent to the mathematical processing of your facial image.
No Identification or Surveillance: We never compare your biometric points against public facial databases, surveillance systems, or identity registries.

3. Data Retention & Ephemeral Storage

Photographs are processed ephemerally on-device or via secure, encrypted Google Cloud inference APIs. Once the numerical morphology metrics are extracted and compiled into your local session, the temporary image buffer is discarded. Stored report data is saved locally on your device within encrypted app sandboxes.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with industry-standard, SOC-2 and ISO-27001 certified infrastructure providers:

Google Cloud & Firebase: For encrypted backend computation and anonymous crash logging.
RevenueCat & Google Play Billing: For secure in-app purchase and subscription verification. No biometric data is ever transmitted to payment processors.

5. User Rights & Data Deletion

Under GDPR (Articles 15-22), KVKK (Law No. 6698), and Google Play Developer Policies, you possess full rights to access, export, or permanently delete your data. You may trigger an immediate purge of all local biometric caches via the in-app Settings > Request Biometric Data Deletion menu, or follow our dedicated Data Deletion Instructions.
