CRITICAL MEDICAL & HEALTH POLICY DISCLAIMER

Gloves is strictly an aesthetic assessment and personal care simulation application. It is NOT a medical device, diagnostic instrument, or clinical tool. The app does NOT diagnose, treat, prevent, or evaluate any medical, dermatological, orthodontic, maxillo-facial, or psychological condition. All metrics (such as the golden ratio, facial symmetry index, gonial angles, and chin projection) represent non-clinical mathematical models derived from public anthropometry literature. Always consult a licensed medical physician, dermatologist, or board-certified surgeon for any health or medical concerns.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or utilizing Gloves, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using the application immediately.

2. Scientific & Intellectual Property Basis

Gloves operates independently and is built upon open, academic scientific publications regarding classical facial canons and anthropometry (e.g., Farkas, Marquardt, Powell & Humphreys). No proprietary trademarks, algorithms, or visual designs belonging to external commercial studios are used or copied.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (Freemium Model)

Gloves provides basic morphology summaries free of charge. Access to detailed 15+ dimension reports, high-resolution PDF exports, and ongoing progress tracking requires a Pro subscription or lifetime purchase via Google Play Billing.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play account settings.
Refund requests are processed according to Google Play Store refund guidelines.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Intelijans or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or interpretation of aesthetic scores or grooming recommendations provided by the app.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable consumer protection and digital service regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
